iStorm Group is on the ground before and after the storm

Our team can be on site to your properties in as little as 24 hours to perform a baseline inspection. This baseline inspection is of no cost to you and puts a critical stake in the ground as to the condition of your property on a given date and time.

Your finalized baseline report will include a complete catalog of time and date stamped images of your property including notes on potential improvement areas, any undocumented storm damage, as well as additional observations. Your properties are then added to our proprietary weather tracking system which will alert us when certain weather thresholds are met, indicating a storm in your area. When the weather thresholds are breeched, our team will return to your property to reinspect. If no damage is found, we will rule out the potential date of loss and file the latest inspection as our new baseline report.

When storm damage does occur, our post-loss inspection compares the new condition of your property to our latest baseline report. By comparing the new to the old, our team is able to identify the damage, file a claim quickly, and expedite the settlement to get the restoration underway in as little time as possible. Not if, but when a storm occurs, our team has you covered.

Our vetted and certified general contractors are top of class in professionalism, quality and service

At iStorm Group, helping multi-family property owners and professionals return to their pre-storm condition is of the utmost importance. To do this in a timely and efficient manner our process includes two fundamental elements: assessing the scope and selecting the right contractor.

Our team will provide an accurate and reliable cost and time analysis of all multi-family and commercial property repairs and upgrades. Throughout the course of the project, we handle all the communication between the insurance providers, vendors, and contractors for you. We keep the project on schedule and moving so you don’t have to worry.

All of the general contractors that we bring on to our restoration projects go through a substantial iStorm vetting process to ensure the needs of our clients are met and that the work is done at the level of quality promised. Once the project scope is defined, our team will assign the appropriate iStorm certified contractor to execute the work on site. Our network of iStorm vetted and certified contractors allow us to quickly handle a multitude of restoration needs including fire, wind, hail, and natural disasters, as well as capital expenditure projects.

If you work closely with a general contractor that you would like to utilize for any of your restoration projects or repair services, we will simply have them complete the iStorm vetting process before they begin work on your project.

Our Proactive Program will identify liability and support actionable repairs and insurable damage

At iStorm Group we work with you to provide Risk Management and Loss Consulting before and after a storm occurs. Our baseline inspections allow us to identify any potential risk exposure to the property and discuss best next steps to mitigate that risk as well as any future risk to the area before a substantial loss occurs.

Not if, but when a loss does occur, we will provide accurate and reliable repair estimates based on costs that can be supported within the adjustment process. Our team will cohesively work with your insurance carrier’s adjustment team to reach a fair and reasonable scope of repairs. We will provide a logical sequencing of all scope, tasks, and durations to determine the period of restoration.

We do all of this with clear communication between all parties. Our goal is to ensure open and honest communication between our clients, adjusters, insurance companies, and contractors to make the entire process stress free for you and efficient for everyone that is involved.

We reduce the distractions of dealing with building damage, repairs, and exterior inspections

While on site during our baseline inspections, our team will install a proprietary weather tracking system which allows us to closely monitor the presence of storms in your area based on specific weather thresholds. Should a storm in your area trigger the thresholds, we will schedule a new inspection to look for any damage and establish a new baseline. We treat your properties with the utmost care and protection so that you can focus on your necessary daily responsibilities, and we can keep an eye on the weather.

During an active restoration project or building repair, iStorm Group will provide on-site monitoring to the physical work, as well as to the budget development and task sequencing to keep the project on schedule and running smoothly. We provide weekly detailed reports on the progress of the project to keep you and your team inform and remove any of the time and burden associated with project management.
